ADHD Resources
If you're more of a Do-It-Yourself type, thanks to the internet, there are great sources for ADHD-related information and ways for you to connect with your tribe. I've listed some of my favorites in the sections below.
If you're not quite ready for coaching, or you'd like to know more about my style, I host a Youtube channel and a podcast, Thoroughly ADHD, a supportive and educational space for individuals with ADHD and the people who love them. I share anecdotes, information and practical strategies to manage ADHD symptoms.
I also have an Instagram page under the same handle, Thoroughly ADHD, where I share reminders and quick tips to better enjoy life with ADHD.
If you end up with more questions than answers, remember I'm here to help!
